What Customers have said

Just a short note to express my extreme thanks and gratitude for everything you did for my mum following her release from hospital. Obviously I have never had to look after anyone disabled before.

When the agent came she gave me a list of absolutely everything I needed including clubs, equipment, allowances etc. She enlisted mum for various things like Falls Prevention etc.

She made a very difficult situation much easier and I know that she is at the end of the phone should I have any queries.

She has been very kind, informative, professional and compassionate. Once again my heartfelt thanks for a wonderful service.

May I take this opportunity to convey my sincere thanks for your service. I could not have managed either for myself or my wife without your dedicated and expert assistance.

We now both have attendance allowance at the higher rate which has enabled us to get assistance with home cleaning and numerous other essentials including help with bathing etc. etc.

We are very pleased that the service has been extended to include our village. Our agent has been working very hard in our community and we understand she has already been able to help several residents.

Forty six percent of the population in our village are over sixty and this scheme will no doubt be of assistance to many more of our residents as they get to know her and the concept. We feel it is vital that this scheme continues because of the poor public transport and individual mobility concerns affecting many of the older generation, which is bound to increase as the population gets older

I have recently been visited by one of your community agents. I have been severely disabled for 30 years and last year received notification of two personal pensions from a previous employer. My pension provider indicated that they had been instructed to deduct income tax using punitive tax codes that were outdated. I tried on many occasions to contact the Inland Revenue without success. Luckily I picked up a leaflet in my local library advertising your service. I was referred to my local agent who visited me within days and took up my case. He initially experienced the same frustrations as I did but by having the determination to resolve my problems he has now achieved a successful outcome.

My purpose in writing is to say how impressed I am with what he has done on my behalf and how much I value the idea of Community Agents.
