Community Agents E-Learning Module

After completing this module you’ll know more about who Community Agents Essex are and the work that we do. We’ll explain how you can make a referral and show some example case studies where successful referrals have been made.

This module is particularly useful for:

  • Essex Neighbourhood Watch Coordinators
  • Social prescribers
  • Carers
  • Community and Voluntary Sector support workers and Volunteers
  • Social and Health Care Professionals

There are five sections in total and the module should take around 30 minutes to complete. You should complete them in order if this is your first time visiting the module, but you can revisit any part of the module as a reference any time you like.

At the end of the module you will be asked to complete a survey that consists of two simple question to identify your role and the area of Essex that you cover. After completion please close the page to exit the module.
